I am the Human Capital and Business Sustainability Consulting Practice Lead at AfriBusiness LLP. I have been working as a Consultant and Trainer in East Africa for more than 15 years.
In 2004 - 2008, I worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Management Consultant. In Deloitte, I undertook various strategy and operation consultancies for Corporates, Public Sector and NGOs. I left Deloitte to pursue my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in the UK. On my return in 2009, I co-founded AfriBusiness LLP a Kenyan consultancy firm that offers Strategy and Change Consultancy, Human Capital Consultancy, Financial Advisory and Business Sustainability Services in the region.
Some of the clients I have worked with in Human Resources include: Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB), Turnkey Africa, Sanlam (Previously, Pan Africa Insurance Holdings), Hass Petroleum Company, International Green Structures (IGS), African Institute for Development Policy, Network Of African National Human Rights Institution (NAHRI), Finlays Horticulture (Kenya) Limited, Custodian and Registrars (C&R) Limited, Eagle Africa Limited, Kenya Nut, Linksoft Communications Systems Limited, Alpine Coolers, Kenya Tourism Board, Athi River Steel, Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHR), Catholic relief Services (CSR); amongst others.
Academically, I graduated in the Dean's list with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of East Anglia in the UK. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Business Administration from Catholic University of East Africa, a Diploma in Consulting from the Institute of Business Consulting in the UK and a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management. I am also a certified Human Resources Practitioner at the Institute of Human Resources Management (Kenya).
