I enjoy listening and talking, it’s that simple. I am a senior supervisor in charge of Human Resources for a Federal Government agency in the Indianapolis, Indiana area, who loves listening to people tell me their stories about how they got to where they are. What impresses me the most is the part that comes after that, which is where they want to go. I enjoy recruiting because it gives me the chance to connect with potential candidates on a personal level. There is no greater feeling than finding an opportunity for someone to do awesome things. I also enjoy all aspects of human resources, from recruiting to managing individuals, I thrive in every aspect of it because of how much I love it.
