I have over 5 years of leadership experience, from small teams of just 3 people to teams of over 75. I am passionate about building my teams up to reach their fullest potential; which, in turn, creates a harmonious, efficient, and successful unit. With my current team of 30, we focus on online fulfillment operations and customer satisfaction and service. Since joining this team, we have seen significant KPI increases YoY ranging from 60% improvement to over 200% improvement. I have help dozens of people become better leaders and managers, with over 10 mentees attaining their next career goal with my help.
