In 2007 Alicia founded Seergate that developed the first real time A2A banking payments system, running in 7 countries in Africa for UBA, United Bank for Africa.
Previously, Alicia led the Founder Institute in Israel, a leading global early stage accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley.
