I build case narratives for personal injury attorneys to use in the liability and damages phases of their cases. I interview the victim, witnesses, family members, experts, etc. and deliver a PowerPoint deck for the attorney to use in mediation and trial. In the past, I've worked for Microsoft, Nike, Hewlett Packard, TV networks, and advertising agencies to help them find the right story to get the public to embrace their products. I now work exclusively with trial attorneys. I've consulted on over 50 criminal cases, with an 80% success rate. My work with personal injury cases include wrongful death cases, construction accidents, traffic accidents, and faulty products. Settlements have ranged from $3M to $15M, and defendants included individuals, companies, and city governments. For the damages phase, I save attorneys the great deal of time it takes to interview those involved in the case. My work arms the attorney with a deep, detailed story that can be used throughout mediation and trial.
