Jesse has a magnetic personality that brings people together to do great things! As long as I've known him, he has possessed a ceaseless drive to make great games and experiences, be it original IP or for major brands.

Jesse has also been an outstanding advocate for the Atlanta game development community and Unity users, providing so many opportunities for everyone involved to learn and grow. The Atlanta game development community is undoubtedly better for all his contributions.

I started out at Thrust in March 2012 as an intern and thanks to Jesse quickly became a part of the Thrust family. Working with Jesse and others on the Thrust team allowed me to wear multiple hats, which was great! I learned how to take the needs of Thrust's clients and translate them into products that fit their brand requirements. Together we crafted games that fit the needs of all kinds of brands and helped clients to realize their vision. Jesse & Thrust trusted me to design & manage features across multi-disciplinary teams, trained me to budget for large projects, and taught me to work with stakeholders who may not have any experience in game design, but know their product values.

Jesse is easy-going, understanding of both his clients & employees needs, and was a invaluable mentor to me while at Thrust. I hope to work with him more in the future!

Jesse has been both my client and my boss, and in both roles he was a pleasure to work with!

He's a straight shooter, highly motivated, "let's do business" kind of guy who has the aplomb to inspire others and get things done, all with a refreshing sense of integrity.

Jesse is a mover and shaker in the game industry (almost goes without saying), but his skills would be an asset to any type of sales, marketing or management team.

Highly recommended!

Without question, Jesse Lindsley is a visionary. He anticipates future trends and business requirements beyond the range of typical boardroom vision. His approach is STRATEGIC and PROGRESSIVE. He courageously embarks upon uncharted territory and crafts compelling marketplace solutions to address anticipated business needs. Jesse has been an awesome mentor to me. I strongly recommend Jesse, as a professional, colleague, and friend!

The three attributes that I chose to best describe Jesse were:

1) Great Results -- every game that Jesse and his team did for us was fun and well programmed.

2) High Integrity -- I don't know what I can add other than the description. Jesse is as trustworthy, consistent and reliable as it gets.

3) Creative -- Jesse and his team programmed games where my company did the game concepts. They could have just built exactly what we asked for. But Jesse and his team went above and beyond, consistently adding value and making creative suggestions to improve our designs and make the games rock.

I regret that I only got to choose three of the attributes, because those that I did not choose -- Personable, Expert, Good Value and On Time -- are all apt descriptions of Jesse as well.

As hard as it was to pick only three from the list, picking my favorite attribute to describe Jesse is, ironically enough, easy. That would be High Integrity. It's simply a pleasure to do business with someone whom you can trust implicitly, someone who cares about his relationships and takes pride in doing superior work. And that's Jesse Lindsley.

I have known Jesse Lindsley for several years now in his role as CEO of Thrust and a leader in the Atlanta Game Industry. My experience with Jesse is that his words and ideas make an impact. Whether it’s at the Boardroom table or in his role as CEO at Thrust, Jesse speaks boldly and fearlessly of the new idea.

He is a spark of innovation and change. I’ve seen his words and ideas leave a room of seasoned industry experts speechless and willing to follow. What must be said may not always be the most popular, and it often takes the courage of a leader to say it.

So what’s next Jesse? We’re all listening.

Jesse is one of those people that gets it. He sees things with great understanding, and knows how to proceed with a complex issue. I would recommend Jesse or work with him on anything in his wheelhouse. While discussing the simplicity of a website in a meeting, he said ...”simple is hard”….. Very insightful.

Jesse was a tremendous resource to our group in developing an engaging and intuitive mobile game to present to our customer base. This was a new endeavor for us, and Jesse's expertise and guidance was invaluable in helping us get started in time and on budget.

A go-getter who delivers on his word. Detail oriented and ambitious. In a world where a lot of people are afraid to take the first step, Jesse takes two to three...and then is off running!
