Accenture consultant for 7 years and has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. He has spent his last 11 years in one of the largest retailers in South America and the world, with over 1,000 stores and 130,000 employees working for 5 business units in 5 countries. He has held several management positions in the IT department including Enterprise Architecture and in 2016 he created and has since been in charge of their Digital Transformation Office, which focuses on developing throughout the company 9 key capabilities that are fundamental for succeeding in the digital world.
Also an international speaker and has co-hosted conferences with the likes of Martin Fowler and Rebecca Parsons. He has experience, solid insights and the ability to connect the dots between these 9 abilities which include Business Strategy, Corporate Innovation, Porfolio Management, Business Agility, Customer Centricity, Cultural Transformation, Data-driven Culture, Digital Awareness and Technology Enablement. He goes from the Agile Team level up to the Business Strategy and back to day-to-day practices of Customer Centricity.
