Mapping future trajectories, hiking present pathways, reflecting on past accomplishments and investments, a journey-style experience of scheduling can rebalance inherent stress and time-scarcity with productivity and curiosity.
When feeling drained, taken advantage of or overwhelmed there are generally more challenges than initially identified. We work together to determine the current activating issues, review the challenges, strategize solutions and create a structure of executable boundaries with action steps to resolve and reengage. This is not project management or task organization - this time is invested into creating a container for continued success, in the current project or issue as well as those yet to come. Whether applied in the work environment or within personal relationships, boundaries are an important step to understanding Self.
