The human race is literally hard-wired for love. But the increasing demands of our contemporary society seem to have skewed our perception of what love is – and in many cases, almost edged it out completely.
Emotional unavailability seems to be nothing short of an epidemic these days – especially among the millennial generation (of which i am one,) whose overwhelming career ambition often squelches out the delicate space any genuinely loving relationship needs to grow and flourish. This is of course not limited to this generation, nor to romantic relationships. The reality is that our relationship with ourselves determines how all other relationships show up in our lives.
Many will find themselves surrounded by a whole bunch of friends, and potentially a whole bunch of partners, yet they couldn't be feeling more alone.
Sound familiar?
So often, I see people choosing partners, friends, and associates who reflect their ambitions, rather than their heart. In fact, many of us are driving away the very relationships that offer anything resembling true fulfillment. While this may seem effective in the short-term, it is often devastating in the long term – as sadly, one is not able to be genuine with others, if they cannot first be genuine with themselves. The shallow relationships one finds themselves in as a result often reflect this unfortunate reality, and act as an excellent mirror to reflect the deeper disconnect.
I am here to address this discrepancy, and to show you where the balance lies. Because it does exist! Not only do I observe the above playing out all around me, I have emerged from being in the midst of it myself, and lived to tell the tale. I got to the very core of why I was creating these experiences in my life, and it has allowed me to SEE all of my relationships with absolute CLARITY. Starting with my relationship with myself.
My highest intent in connecting with you is to foster a deeper sense of empowerment, responsibility & accountability; collaboration, brotherhood & sisterhood; an overall stewardship and resonant connectedness with yourself, others, and the world around you. To propagate a profound recognition that we each create our own reality, moment by moment, and that we are all co-creating this collective reality together.
I have spent my entire life fine tuning an innate elemental gift: the ability to assist others in creating a life from CLARITY.
