Dr. Zong Ling is currently an independent consultant since April 2018. Prior to this, he was a Senior Software Engineer / Scientist in IBM Almaden Research Center, located in San Francisco Bay Area (the Silicon Valley) of Northern California, USA.
Dr. Ling worked over 20 years in the domains of Big Data storage analysis, Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications, BlockChain Deployment, Cloud Computing, Services Science, Project Management, and etc.
Dr. Ling engaged in customer services through troubleshooting software configurations, providing technical training classes, and publishing whitepapers.
As an outstanding campus ambassador of IBM University Program, Dr. Ling has been a visiting professor in Stanford University and UC Bekeley, as well as in the top Chinese universities, such as Beijing Jiaotong University, Nanjing University, and University Of Science And Technology Of China.
