Alex is a brilliant and creative developer. I saw him design and implement many challenging components by drawing upon his vast experience and felt even more impressed by his ability at keeping the folks who set the requirements, close at hand, and encouraging active & rigorous discussions. Alex always makes sure to have his deliverables in on time but the best part is he also mentors his fellow team members to help them do the same. Anyone who works with Alex will take their game to the next level.
Source: LinkedIn Pulkit Singhal Apr 9, 2013It was a pleasure to have Alex in the team, his energetic and enthusiastic approach and great technical skills tremendously helped to bring entire team up to speed and produce first version of the service request catalog application.
Source: LinkedIn Alexander Grivnin Apr 9, 2013I joined HP project when they were thirst of top notch user interface engineer that's not only technically strong, but also innovative in the world of user experience. Alex Notov definitely surpassed such criteria with his wealth of experience in the latest Flex technology. Alex is one of the pioneers in mastering Flex 4/Flash Catalyst while such technology was still in beta, and he is very disciplined in coding-it-the-right-way. Alex takes challenges positively and is very capable of solving complex programming / user experience design problems. Thus I would recommend Alex for any lead user interface positions.
Source: LinkedIn Brian Lai Apr 9, 2013I've worked with many talented developers, and Alex is among the most gifted. He sops up new technology like a sponge, constantly evolving his critical thinking and technical skills. Alex is also an articulate and thoughtful communicator, a natural-born teacher, and is overtly curious about everything. His work ethic is rock-solid, bringing an optimistic while pragmatic voice to our interactive team. Working closely with him has been nothing short of a pleasure. I strongly recommend Alex to anyone who is seeking a rare and talented individual to join their business.
Source: LinkedIn Christian Sparrow Apr 9, 2013Alex is a developer in an entrepreneur's body, and that's why I enjoy working with him so much. Not only does he attack programming with the enthusiasm of someone who likes to solve problems for the pure competitive fun of it, but he also always has the big picture in mind.
When we developed Fertility Wire (http://fertilitywire.com), I discovered I could depend on Alex to not only execute on the plan, assassinate the inevitable problems, but also essentially act like a second product manager who could code. Invaluable.
But best of all, Alex has character. I trust him. He does what he says he's going to do, and he does it like his reputation depends on it (which it does). Obviously, a guy like this always has a spot on my team.
Source: LinkedIn Brooks Jordan Apr 9, 2013Alex is an insightful and knowledgeable lead developer. He is genuinely passionate about cutting-edge technologies, and combining that with his communication abilities, he will bring up the level of any development or design team.
Source: LinkedIn Neil Vidyarthi Apr 9, 2013Alex built service components using Coldfusion & mySQL that solved unique problems we were facing in the application we were building. His innovative coding provided us the solutions we needed and layed the groundwork for the evolving site we continue to work on.
