With diversified manufacturing experience varying from a metal shop at the very start of his career to glass and wood manufacturing, to setting up electronic assembly lines from initial product concepts, Yves can quickly adapt to any environment. He faces any challenge head on and, through his experience as a facilitator, manages to get all team members participation in achieving extraordinary results.
By using a “Compete to Win” approach to manufacturing processes with continuous improvement tools such as “Statistical Process Control (SPC)” and ISO, Yves is result oriented. Fluent in both French and English, he has proven his ability to quickly grasp the problem at hand.
Yves holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Science – Industrial Engineer and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA). The combination of these two professional degrees has allowed Yves to work within an environment that fully understand financial responsibility while supplying a quality product or service on time and at a competitive price.
