Becoming a Data Scientist

Data science is and will be an incredibly rewarding career as data transforms every aspect of our life. This is why people from a diverse background are aspiring to become data scientist these days. I have recently successfully made a transition from a physicist to a data scientist in a Silicon Valley startup funded by top VCs. It's been an exciting and rewarding journey. I will be happy share experience and lessons that I learned as well as offering specific job hunting strategies and tactics.
