I am an expert in creating BMC's. I paced 8th out of 6000 with one of my BMC's in the International Business Model Competition. In a short time, I can help you create a road map for validation.

If you do not have a BMC, I will teach you how to use the lean canvas to validate your business. I will help you identify the 9 key assumptions that your business assumes. Then I will identify the riskiest assumptions and design cheap experiments to test them.

If you already have a version 1, I will review it with you and point out changes that need to be made. I will create inexpensive ways to test your riskiest assumptions and I will suggest alternate paths if an assumption is proved wrong.
