Leonid is a Microsoft and virtualization technologies expert. One interesting project he did for us back in the early 2000's, was to migrate us from Windows NT4 to Windows 2000. At the time, our NT4 PDC and BDC were in a clustered configuration, which was not supported by Microsoft. He managed to migrate everyone to Windows 2000 over the weekend using procedures that involved setting up virtual domain controllers and modifying Active Directory manually and there was no impact on our production environment the following Monday.

He has attended many conferences where I've personally seen him explain complex topics to non- technology people and then immediately switch to communications with very technical people.
