Bill is engaging and easy to work with. He's attentive to detail even if that just means managing the communication stream on a project. And I'm not sure that I've ever seen him not smiling.

Both Bill and I came on as project managers at our respective companies at roughly the same time and landing in a project already in progress. Bill's ability to immediately jump in and coordinate resources and clearly translate and communicate my needs as a customer to the SyncSite staff has been invaluable in making a smooth transition. Consistently professional, personable, and genuinely customer-focused, working with Bill has been a pleasure, many time exceeding my expectations.

I first worked with Bill on an ERP implementation at Therma-tru Corp. Bill was the lead for our team of consultants working through Enterprise Software Resources. Bill helped me to establish a solid foundation on which I have built my career. He taught me unique and creative methods to facility meetings and solicits requirements. Working with Bill also gave me the courage to ‘think outside the box’ and to find new ways to tackle old tasks. As an example when developing training classes for end users of the ERP system, Bill used items around the office to simulate a warehouse so the classroom would feel more like the users’ everyday work environment. The training was a huge success. Bill has mastered the ability to look at a problem from many angles and through different lenses. He is one of the few people I have met who is able to take his impressive technical knowledge and combine that with his keen business sense to come up with meaningful and long lasting solutions. I would excitedly welcome the opportunity to work with Bill again.

I worked with Bill at Therma-Tru Doors and grew to appreciate Bill's combination of IT and business knowledge. He truly is one of those rare individuals who can bridge the chasm between IT system speak and business needs and requirements.
