BRIEF OF THE QUALIFICATION * 20 years in costs, accounting, auditing, planning and controlling in companies such as, Emerson Electric, PPG Industries, Shell and Coopers & Lybrand. * In charge of budget, cost and overhead control, Investment Plans, Management Information Systems, Treasury, Accounting, HR, IT and Purchasing. * Experience in development of metrics system for effective cost of product, management reports and KPI's for external and internal purposes, implementation of ERP and financial analyses measuring the Company’s performance, BI. * Knowledge in American accounting principles - USGAAP, IFRS and Lei 11.638. * Experience in Administrative-Financial System and established internal audit procedures. . * Supported the Business Plans strategy, management, control and implemented Budget and Forecast * Participated as Board Member * Fluent in English an good knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
