I have many years of experience in PMO management, leadership, and Business transformation programs (the past few years in the telecom industry). In this capacity, I have established new PMOs as well as led existing PMO teams (off-shore and on-shore) in delivering IT and Telecom projects and programs. Led process improvement and business agility efforts in the area of IT / Telecom to streamline and optimize a number of organization’s value chain processes with a focus on agile delivery. Worked with CIOs and other tech executives on numerous projects and initiatives. Besides leading PMOs in organizations, I have also contributed to industry thought leadership in terms of writing numerous articles and speaking in conferences related to digital transformation and Enterprise Architecture, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Implementation strategies, and Business agility and Business Process Improvement. I have a BS and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering, MBA, and have both PMP and PgMP certifications from PMI.
