I have more than 20 years experience with electric and hydronic radiant heating of floors, snow melting driveways and sidewalks, and turf warming systems. I helped resolve thousands of issues for customers each year with over the phone technical support and when necessary, traveling to the job site with professional diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the problems. I worked in manufacturing, troubleshooting, quality control, new product development, and I documented and evaluated warranty claims for one of the major radiant heating system manufacturers.
