After working with Victoria at a Fortune 500 Company for several years, I worked with her as my coach to determine my new path. Victoria's coaching helped me gain clarity and direction and put me on the path to beginning my own coaching business.

Now, I have worked with Victoria on a number of projects as well as still being her coaching client, and my admiration and esteem grow for her continually. Victoria is giving, energetic, committed to success, and one of the most genuine people I have ever met.

Victoria has been wonderful in her role of preparing for the programs for the CCF meetings. Also, she has been my own (amazing) coach, and I've partnered with her on professional projects many times. I first learned what networking was all about from Victoria Cook’s class “Networking for Newbie’s”. Networking is not what I thought it was. She helped me put together a great elevator speech and a script on what to say after Hello.
I meet up with her again at another seminar and she told me about a marketing class she was doing.

I had put together different marketing things to do but I didn’t know how to organize and analyze what I was spending my marketing dollars on. Victoria came to the rescue. Her 6 week class called “Money Magnetizing Marketing Blueprint” got me focused and the small group size allowed for lots of discussion. At the end of 6 weeks I not only had all those pieces of information put together but I had an organized, written plan to move forward on! The classes I have attended with Victoria have been educational and well worth the time and money invested toward me and my business. Plus I learned a lot about the other attendees and what they do! Victoria Cook has done a variety of tasks for the McHenry Public Library including acting as a facilitator for a board/staff strategic plan retreat and being the moderator/leader for two staff meetings dealing with handling change in preparation for our extensive building remodeling project. Victoria conducts herself with beguiling poise and a great sense of humor. She engages in active listening and is able to immediately change leadership/teaching styles to accommodate different learning styles so that the goals and objectives of the session are well met. She also is a very adept planner - planning for contingencies and a fantastic speaker. She also doesn't present a 'canned' presentation - every presentation is designed specifically to meet the specific goals of an institution with those goals derived from a mutually-determined process. I've seen a lot of seminar presenters in my day and Victoria is 'heads above' most of them.
