I am sure that my inter-cultural experience abroad, which has contributed immensely towards helping me build a personality that tends to create synergy and mutual understanding, would be handy during a team work or any project, i'm able to serve various clients with various backgrounds and by building teamwork in the work environment. Moreover, my experience abroad has developed my open mindedness side of my personality – a trait which would help me and the other co-workers develop a functional relationship.
The previous work experience which I had has helped me build a flexible character, since I had the chance to do internships in two different companies/organizations and work in another one.
During these months of work placements I had the chance to work with people with different personalities, different cultural backgrounds and different nationalities. This benefited me by building a flexible attitude in the work placement which will surely serve me in the future by being able to understand and work with people with different backgrounds. Innovation is something which caught my attention during my studies and for which I would like to know more
