I am a senior design manager with extensive experience in IT, Silicon Valley, and design management, and I am fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, and English. My experience is enriched by my current work as a Senior UX designer at Zoom. I have a strong background in design, product management, and design leadership, having worked with both SAP and Transsnet Music. At Transsnet Music, I led a design team that unified the design styles across China and Africa and established a design material library. My work resulted in an 8X increase in homepage UV, improved subscription conversion rate, increased user retention rate by a higher number, etc.
