Zoran forged his leadership and customer strategy in the global cruise industry. However, it was at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts where customer service became his obsession, earning him Leader of The Year award in 2010. Entrepreneurial by nature, Zoran began consulting in 2011. He is working with a diverse client base from industrial automation to the wine industry. His current passion is developing and championing a customer intimacy strategy for companies of all sizes. He loves the challenge of building a powerful customer retention engine, aligning it with the marketing strategy while staying lean and nimble. Zoran holds an MBA from Queen's University, Ontario.
