Christian has been successful in all areas of the multifamily real estate industry since 2009. He has a bachelors of science in Residential Property Management with a minor in Leadership from Ball State University. He also has a masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University with a concentration in Development. Some of his experience includes positions in maintenance and service supervision, leasing, assistant management, community management, and acquisitions support. He has onsite experience with class A, B, and C assets including affordable housing, student housing, luxury lease-up, townhomes, and market-rate renovations. Christian enjoys sharing his knowledge of property management operations, underwriting, budgeting, market research and analysis, personnel leadership, development consulting, legal processes, accounting best practices, and industry resources.
Christian has received multiple company awards and industry certifications. Christian has earned the Certified Apartment Manager and a National Apartment Leasing Professional designations through the NAA. He has also graduated from the AASC Lyceum.
