Mazen Assaad Boutros is a Dubai-based entrepreneur and media strategist with more than two decades of experience across media, consumer brands, hospitality, and international business development.
He is the Founder and Managing Director of Value Branded Content (VBC), a media strategy and advertising advisory firm established in Dubai in 2012. Through VBC, he has worked extensively across the Middle East media ecosystem, advising brands on cross-platform advertising strategies including digital media, television, out-of-home advertising, radio, print, branded content, and on-ground activations.
Beyond media, Mazen has built and exited multiple ventures across different sectors. In the hospitality space, he launched a restaurant concept in Beirut that revived a historic Lebanese street food brand. He later co-founded and exited a multi-brand cloud kitchen operation in Istanbul that scaled to ten virtual restaurant brands across two locations, serving a diverse menu portfolio.
Mazen has also launched a specialty retail concept focused on hydroponic plants, introducing innovative techniques that allow plants to grow entirely in water while exposing the root systems as part of the aesthetic design.
In addition, he established a general trading company in Lebanon representing international brands in the automotive and construction sectors, including Norton by Saint-Gobain, Tyrolit, Rawlplug, and DeWalt.
Combining operational experience across media, food service, retail, and distribution, Mazen frequently advises companies exploring market entry into the GCC on media strategy, brand localization, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
