I’m a Computer Engineer (B.Sc. from ODTU/METU 90’) . Professional life mostly in Telco & Technology sector. Since from Turkcell’s first subscriber registration in 1994, worked for 16+ years in various functions such as Network planning & operation, ICT, Value Added Services , Strategy and Business development, and Turkcell’s subsidiaries in Azercell as Deputy GM, in Mapco as Deputy GM .
I’ve built and lead in Turkey liaison office Hong Kong based startup in “GSM sourcing ” field.
After long career in Telekom, I’ve worked also in public sector, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality served as an Advisor to the Mayor in ICT & Technology and as a Chairman of Board in Antalya Ulaşım AŞ between 2016-2019 . During my time in Antalya lead Smart City projects, E-Municipality and smart transportation projects.
