With 25+ years of operational leadership across New Zealand, Africa, and the Middle East, I was a founding member of a franchise group that expanded into multiple countries, helped build 45+ outlets and 3 hotels, led multi‑site turnarounds, and negotiated a Master Franchise for the GCC region. I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners through ActionCOACH and continue to support owners as a mentor with Business Mentors NZ. I developed the Profit Master™ framework to diagnose profit leaks, repair cashflow pressure, strengthen margins, and improve operational clarity. I hold an MBA in Business & Franchising and am the author of The Profit Playbook.
