Many times we manage to overcome our problems together with our family or friends, but when difficulties persist over a longer period of time and our personal lives and relationships are affected, we could always search for help somewhere else. I recommend over-the-phone therapy over the classical therapy if you wish for more privacy or your life is just too busy and you want to give an emergency phone call to someone who can help you with your problems. Throughout my life I have been in many extreme situations myself where most of the time I had no help, and that is the reason why I want to dedicate my time to people in need.
