Calvin is a Manager in Deloitte’s Sydney consulting practice with 17 years’ experience in sales and marketing. Calvin specialises in sales and marketing transformation, particularly CRM and Marketing Automaton. He began his career at one of the Big Four banks, and has worked in government, online retail, health, higher education, non-profit organisations, professional services and property development across the Asia-Pacific region.
Calvin joined Deloitte in 2011 as a Senior Manager, CRM (Strategic Projects), and now leads the integrated marketing automation offering within Deloitte Customer Practice.
Given his knowledge and experience, he is able to deliver solutions which drive strategic thinking and enhance customer value though single customer view and marketing automation.
