With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, Calynda had put self-care on hold to keep up with responsibilities until she had reached burnout.
The fight to regain health led her on an unexpected healing journey to beat panic attacks and anxiety disorder naturally in 2012, retiring from corporate in 2018 at the age of 45, having her own talk show, authoring two books, gathering 17 certifications and helping clients break free of the subconscious patterns that keep them stuck on repeat and get started on the journey to become the best version of themselves.
