Ana is a detail-oriented, Senior Event Producer and Specialist with 10+ years of success working on large-scale, high-impact live events in the US & international destinations.
With a background in theatrical design and a true make-it-happen attitude, Ana is a huge asset to any project. While completing a degree in scenic and lighting design from Savannah College of Art and Design, she began coordinating special events for the university, such as their annual fashion show and quarterly theatrical productions. It was Ana's interest in live events and production that prompted her move to NYC where she went from intern to junior producer to lead producer, and has played an integral role on projects for some of the worlds top brands and companies.
Her toolbelt of skill sets includes: Event Management, Creation, and Strategy, Budgeting ($8m+), Event Security Logistics, Transportation Logistics, COVID-19 Compliance, Event Styling, Venue/Location scouting and contracting, Vendor RFP/RFQ process, print graphics design and production, 2D Drafting, Photoshop, and has advance skills across Microsoft Office/iWork/Google Workspace. She is also fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
