Erik W. Schwetje with an MBA from the Crummer Business School, a CCIM and close to 20 years of Commercial Real Estate advisory services expertise is a recognized market leader in Sales and Leasing for Office, Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family Properties. He began his career in Real Estate in 1995 shortly after graduating from The Citadel with a BA in Business on a full scholarship for football. Upon graduating went to work for one of the largest real estate firms in the world along with going back to school at night to earn his MBA (studying abroad in China, Japan & England).
Having realized after nearly 20 years of working at the big firms and seeing how clients become just a number Erik made the decision to open his own firm, EWS Advisors, to give those clients the absolute best service possible. He is committed to excellence in helping his clients achieve and exceed their desired results by providing best in class advisory service.
Additionally, Erik provides Commercial Real Estate Coaching/Consultant Services for individual commercial real estate brokers and those individuals looking to enter the business. He helps to identify personal goals and accountability tactics to ensure these goals are achieved. Provides programs to include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching, best practices and advisor/broker-in charge strategies.
