Best for when self-help and general business advice no longer moves the needle.
Am impassioned about helping leaders who carry real weight, who need just a bit of air, are able to step back to reflect forward, then decide on their next best move.
I am an ICF PCC executive coach with 1,200+ formal coaching hours and 200+ hours coaching peer cohorts, cross-functional and intact teams across multinational Fortune 100 companies, healthcare, defense, financial services, and nonprofit sectors. Before I held a coaching credential, I was managing teams bridging IT & Business on $8M enterprise transformation programs at Wells Fargo, driving GDPR compliance for Optum/United Health Group across three countries, and leading teams through several of the largest M&A integrations in several sectors at the time, ERP implementation, and regulatory mandates with real consequences for getting it wrong.
That operational experience is not background. It is why senior leaders trust accelerated clarity in a 30-minute call.
I serve as group coaching faculty for ExecOnline — facilitating advanced leadership development programs in partnership with Wharton, MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, Yale SOM, UC Berkeley Haas, Stanford GSB, UVA Darden, and others. I am also contracted faculty with Emeritus and am an ICF ACTC candidate for team coaching.
What I help with on a call:
- A leadership decision you are not seeing clearly and need a second perspective on
- What is actually going wrong with your team's trust, communication, or accountability
- How to show up differently in a high-stakes relationship (board, CEO, direct reports)
- Navigating a role transition, succession, or organizational restructuring as the person it is happening to
- Preparing for a specific conversation, presentation, or moment that requires your best
- Interpreting assessment results — Big Five, HEXACO, 360-degree, TRACOM, HPTI — and what to actually do with them
- Leadership presence and how to recalibrate it when the old version stops working
