I am an independent freelance consultant, specializing in large scale implementations and complex projects. I also have engaged in a management consulting capacity, specifically in the area of agile transformation and hybrid agile delivery design.
In 2019 I created my own company, B Squared, with the goal to be able to truly support the needs of the customer without any hidden consulting firm agenda. Having been employed in the past by typical consulting companies, I know how they think. I know that they can bring great value to their clients. I also know how to ferret out their weaknesses.
