Ive been on a variety of commonly prescribed medications, hospitalized at psychiatric facilities, and learned and benefited from coping skills, shown to me by doctors and therapists from Boston's, Mass General Hospital. Ive also been out as a gay male for over 10 years now, and have thorough experience with the LGBTQ+ scene, especially how it relates to mental health and addiction struggles. I know how important it Is to relate to someone who gets it! Fortunately, for the last 2 years, I've been fully able to regulate mental and emotional triggers. This has helped me find a solid routine for myself, effectively laying the foundation, for a healthy, happy, and sustainable life.
