As a marketing operations practitioner and leader of revenue operations teams at several high growth B2B startups in the past, I've been responsible for building the infrastructure for effective go-to-market teams. This included an understanding of customer data architecture, cross function workflows and processes, implementation and use of appropriate sales & marketing technologies (i.e., CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, analytics, etc.), funnel & growth frameworks, and analytics/measurement across the go-to-market teams.
