As the Director of Digital Media at a 140+ year old publisher, I am responsible for transitioning from Print to Digital. I have to do this while supporting print revenues and with limited resources.
Having just completed 4-years in the space, I've experienced many of the industry's endemic challenges first hands, and made some mistakes of my own. I've calibrated my expectations based on the reality of the space and use it to cut through the fluff and get down to the realistic strategies that I and my business can invest in with confidence.
