I have built my coaching practice on a "worth more than it costs" philosophy, and I am confident I can serve you in the areas I've listed. I have 25 years in leadership roles, 15 years as an Executive Coach and Strategy Assistant to C-Suite and Senior Execs in the technology and non-profit sectors. I have worked with CEOs and Founders of fledgling to market-ready start-ups (my current major client just raised $100 MM in an IPO), and with Execs (overseeing budgets as high as $8 B/yr) in Fortune 100 companies. I will talk on the phone or use enhanced, videoconferencing technology to provide a richer experience of our time together.

In the past 24 years, Tom has started and led three companies involving leadership development, communications and technology. He has given over 3,000 presentations to more than 350,000 in 35 states and 5 countries. He has hosted an hour long, weekday radio program heard in six states since 2005. He has authored three books that have sold tens of thousands of copies, and produced 19 television programs that have been broadcast multiple times on a national cable network. He has been actively involved in recording, projecting, broadcasting and streaming video for more than 20 years.
