I'm an Innovator, problem solver, adventurer who's interested in the power technology has to improve our lives (as well as how important it is to get away from it all when possible). Alongside building new things, I'm also the person that gets called when problems stumped everyone, and a resolution is needed ASAP. I love taking control of a difficult situation, doing root cause analysis & research, getting to the bottom of things, and figuring out and executing a path forward. I've done this in small startups/tech companies to fortune 100 companies. I work with ideas, taking them from conception, strategy, architecture, delivery, and post-delivery execution/operations. I enjoy thinking about how we can improve systems through building platforms, apps, processes, and anything else that can make things more efficient while creating value. Tomas' enthusiasm for success can't help but spill over into others he interacts with. Tomas and I worked closely together founding Social Capital, and we quickly established a strong personal and professional relationship. He is a colleague, a friend, and someone I admire.

The thing I appreciate most about Tomas is his ability to simplify complex information. He has the right balance of technical expertise and strategic focus. Tomas can put any idea into action, and he can do almost anything on his own... Strategy, technology, etc.

Lastly, Tomas is committed to results, and he respects the people he works with. He is always on time, and he goes above and beyond to help the team get results. There are four to five people I would start a business with, and Tomas is definitely one of them.
