I enjoy thinking about how we can improve systems through building platforms, apps, processes, and anything else that can make things more efficient while creating value. Tomas' enthusiasm for success can't help but spill over into others he interacts with. Tomas and I worked closely together founding Social Capital, and we quickly established a strong personal and professional relationship. He is a colleague, a friend, and someone I admire.

The thing I appreciate most about Tomas is his ability to simplify complex information. He has the right balance of technical expertise and strategic focus. Tomas can put any idea into action, and he can do almost anything on his own... Strategy, technology, etc.

Lastly, Tomas is committed to results, and he respects the people he works with. He is always on time, and he goes above and beyond to help the team get results. There are four to five people I would start a business with, and Tomas is definitely one of them.
