I worked for T.J. for over a year and would wholeheartedly recommend him. I think I'm very lucky to have worked for him and his company, even for a short time. While he was responsible for the success of the company and was always focused on the big picture, he always made time to chat about how I was doing and what I was working on, which was invaluable to me and helped me understand how much my work impacted the big picture. Along the same lines, T.J. worked very hard to foster a working environment with open and honest communication across the team. We were a small team, so working well together was paramount, and he helped to ensure we maintained a positive environment at all time. Things I learned in my time working with T.J. make me a better employee, colleague, and person today.

T.J. is an exceptional entrepreneur, and I constantly utilize tactics and methods I learned from him when making decisions in my own business. EdZapp would not have succeeded if it were not for the strategic decisions he made with regards to business development and sales. He was able to prioritize the fragmented responsibilities and tasks that can drown a start-up, and focus on what was critical to survival and growth. On top of these skills, T.J. has an unmatchable work ethic, and he can lead a team with a democratic approach, while still maintaining the role of lead decision maker.

In the two years I have worked for TJ, I have come to enjoy and respect his contribution and leadership to the development team. He always worked hard to provide us with the tools and information we needed to work as efficiently and as effectively as possible. He is a listener and gatherer of ideas. Always willing to have his staff contribute in ways that are outside ones specific job description. When decisions are made, not only are those decisions communicated clearly, but why they were made, how they will be accomplished and where this will take us are discussed. TJ is an excellent manager. I would work for him again anytime.

I was employed by TJ for 3 years. During this time I found him to be an excellent leader. He is collaborative, thoughtful and fair. He is innovative and motivational.
