I am a D1 college tennis player that has been into fitness for the past 2 years. I have experience in hypertrophy lifting, long runs, functional fitness and specific tennis conditioning as well as anything related to competitive tennis.
I have been a high performing athlete my whole life. I play tennis for a D1 school in Illinois. I have been interested in the fitness world for the past 2 years. I am able to help people achieve different fitness goals which include: losing weight, gaining muscle, gaining weight. I am experienced in running and have participated recently in a half marathon race in Illinois (1:30:27).
