More than this, Tina had the ability to see the opportunities of the academic coaching pilot and use her business acumen and natural talent to take possibilities to concrete, feasible solutions and initiatives to engage our growing coaching population. This type of long-term vision was a reason she was chosen to be the Project Manager with our Academic Coaching Orientation project.
