Tim is first and foremost a friend; a very, very good friend. Business is war, when all the chips are on the line, Tim is who you want to be standing next to. Considerate, temperate, analytical, patient, relentless, committed, and infinitely optimistic. Tim's People-first view and practice is holistice, non-negotiable, comforting, and tremendously inspiring. Smart, savvy, and connected, Tim is a constant fountain of fresh ideas, tools and concepts to explore, adopt, adapt. Intelligent and competent partners are one in a million. Still, success in our enterprise precariously hinge on trustworthy partnerships, Tim is a partner we can trust completely, and one I cannot recommend more highly.

Timmy is an indispensable asset for anyone wanting to gain analytical depth into their value proposition, get a finger on the pulse of anything related to start-ups, and identify new opportunities. His awareness of the of the competitive landscape and his resourcefulness are unrivaled by anyone I’ve ever worked with before. In one instance I can recall, Timmy provided a competitive analysis within minutes at a meeting that the rest of us could not have achieved without him. When I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a new deal, I call Timmy first.
Source: LinkedIn Brad Bader Mar 24, 2015I first met Tim 2 years ago when he brought me into Projective Space as I ran my young eCommerce brand. Tim and the Projective Space team were building an amazing community of entrepreneurs and builders that I was excited to be a part of. Not only was Tim supportive of my business and vision by helping me connect to relevant folk and businesses, but he helped plug me into the tech community of NYC as a whole which catalyzed my personal growth as an entrepreneur. His support, both directly and indirectly through what he built via Projective Space, helped me grow my business to sales in the high six figures in over 30 countries within a year. I loved what Tim and his team were doing so much that I got involved myself and had the pleasure to work along side him as they expanded Projective's operations. The tight-knit, supportive community and synergies they formed for their companies are unmatched in my experience. I have since moved on to head up business development for EquityZen, a secondary market place for proven tech companies, and continue to use Tim and Projective Space as a resource and hub for entrepreneurial activity and networking in NYC. I sincerely hope Tim and I have the opportunity to work together again - his drive and friendly personality made him an amazing manager, colleague, and, now, friend.
Source: LinkedIn Nathaniel Disston Mar 24, 2015From day one during my tenure at Projective Space, Tim impressed me with several rare qualities. Perhaps chief among these is Tim's ability to recognize both strengths and passions in everyone on his team and place them in positions where they can not only contribute the most to the organization, but thrive as human beings. I always felt that Tim took a genuine, heartfelt interest in helping everyone find their place and do their best work with passion and enthusiasm. What was amazing was Tim never limited his curiosity, effusiveness or bright leadership to select employees--everyone from interns, to cleaning staff, to fellow partners could expect to get to know (and benefit from knowing!) Mr. Wahba.
In my case specifically, Tim was an incredible mentor and someone I remain proud to have worked with and worked under. One off-shoot of Tim's ability to read people and discern their strengths, was a knack for quickly assembling and successfully leading teams for various growth initiatives and strategic projects for increasing profitability at Projective. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or under water during my tenure as Director of Operations, Tim was always someone I could turn to for guidance, resources or just a great joke to brighten the day.
This sort of attitude was a critical factor in Tim's ability to garner consensus, keep teams up-beat while tackling stressful deadlines and bring disparate personalities together to quickly and successfully various strategic initiatives of his devising.
Tim occupied a unique and critical position at Projective--as a co-owner, he acted as a skilled and creative growth strategist and worked tirelessly not only to foresee threats and opportunities in the future, but to revolutionize the way we did business every single day by forging new partnerships and constantly creating new service offerings and revenue streams.
I will always consider myself incredibly fortunate to have worked with and learned so much from Tim and am happy to go on record as a staunch advocate of his abilities and character.
Sincerely,
-Eric Bruenner
