I have been an early childhood teacher for over 20 years and an early childhood director for the last 12 years. I have helped rebuild a nonprofit daycare center, and have excellent supervisory skills because I have been where my staff are now. I have experience with State Regulations and NAEYC Accreditation, as I have maintained my accreditation status and stayed current on all regulations. I work with city children and have built positive relationships with families and people in the community. I can give advice on so much, you just have to ask.
I have worked with children since I was 16 years old. It is my passion. I have worked with children ages 6 weeks old to 17 years old. My main passion is the pre-school age three and four year old children. I have worked as a teacher and a Director of the program. I have knowledge about being a supervisor, running a child care program, being in the classroom, New York State OCFS regulations, NAEYC Accreditation, running a not-for-profit, and so much more.
