Start using landing pages and a sales funnel! This works in every niche for every product!
I guess you have a conversion and onboarding problem, right? You should use landing pages to get new visitors to optin to your newsletter then start warming them up with an autoresponder campaign. New users need up to 7 contacts with a new product to take the desired action, so only acquiring new user will break the bank.
Retarget your website visitors and start a conversation with the current user base. Also take a survey and ask them for feedback that will get their attention and lead to increased engagement.
Customer support is key. If your customers feel neglected, they will not return, and your retention rate will dwindle as well.
If you need more funds, show that you can grow new users. There is always the possibility to run a crowdfunding campaign. If you can offer free trials or a freemium model, do so! Maybe you can run a viral giveaway and give away a version of your product to the winner. The prize must be related to your company. Don't give away an iPhone or something that has nothing to do with your company directly.
