-Provide systems support to all Analysts and financial needs to Business Managers. Create, guide and manage CRM system. Work with technical leads to secure key data to enable better customer insights.
- Manage financial business models in IBM Cognos 8 Enterprise Planner and work with outside consultants to create/modify financial models and user interface design. Integrated a work flow process into Finance group and created business models. Test the validity and consistency of the data in systems.
- Support VP of Strategic Initiative department to provide monthly financial reporting and marketing analysis
- Provide company financials and monthly proposal forecast to President of SAS.

Manage financial business models. Work with consultants to translate business requirements into application, test system and ensure the forecast in system is accurate. Integrated a work flow process into Finance group and created business model to verify the accuracy of data from Program Control group by performing monthly variance analysis. Support Marketing VP to provide monthly financial reporting and marketing analysis needs. Ah hoc financial report requests for Corporate upper management. Create weekly corporate and department cost reports to track bookings, labor and indirect cost against annual plan for all divisions.

Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses for corporate management. Maintain manpower updates for program managers and provide staffing curves. Prepare and analyze monthly Estimated-At-Cost data to evaluate program performance in the Operations sector. Create weekly corporate cost reports to track labor and indirect cost against annual plan for all divisions. Test reports in Business Intelligence to verify accuracy in Actuals during upgrade transition.

Tammy is a very hard-working detailed oriented manager, who has both business and technical skills for managing all the FP&A processes and business needs.

Tammy is a business analyst whose assignments have been in areas of creating and/or analyzing financial data that are of interest to me. So I am effectively a client of hers. I have made numerous special requests that are "above and beyond" her normal duties, and she has always followed through cheerfully and diligently. I have found that she takes the time to understand the requests, and then "takes it from there" to figure out what to do and how to do it. She is quite thorough, accurate and punctual.
