Manage financial business models. Work with consultants to translate business requirements into application, test system and ensure the forecast in system is accurate. Integrated a work flow process into Finance group and created business model to verify the accuracy of data from Program Control group by performing monthly variance analysis. Support Marketing VP to provide monthly financial reporting and marketing analysis needs. Ah hoc financial report requests for Corporate upper management. Create weekly corporate and department cost reports to track bookings, labor and indirect cost against annual plan for all divisions.

Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses for corporate management. Maintain manpower updates for program managers and provide staffing curves. Prepare and analyze monthly Estimated-At-Cost data to evaluate program performance in the Operations sector. Create weekly corporate cost reports to track labor and indirect cost against annual plan for all divisions. Test reports in Business Intelligence to verify accuracy in Actuals during upgrade transition.
