I am The Director of Multicultural Affairs at Davidson College and affiliate faculty in The Department of Educational Studies. I lead the Spencer-Weinstein Center for Community and Justice and the Multicultural Center, teach courses on interracial dialogues on racism, sit on the President's senior leadership and implementation team and a Title IX investigator/adviser. I have over 15 years of experience in the areas of minority student recruitment, retention, development and achievement in higher education. Prior to Davidson College, I held leadership, teaching, research, and advising positions at Syracuse University, Lansing Community College and Michigan State University.
