I LOVE being in front of the room whether the room holds 5 people or 5000. I LOVE facilitating other people's "a-has" so that they learn, build skills, change attitudes, and otherwise grow personally & professionally. People tell me I'm good at it, too, which helps a lot!

Sylvia's presence, imagination, and style is memorable and inventive. When she trains, she ensures that the audience is puddy that she helps mold. Sylvia uses a "One Page Plan" to organize her business and personal life. Recently she taught her plan to a group of us in just 20 minutes! I tend to be happily disorganized-knowing where things are and getting things done, but not necessarily in the most efficient or strategic way. I also tend to resist a lot of structure. I share these traits with you because even with these personal habits and limitations, Sylvia's plan made so much sense to me that I went home and put it into place. AND I love it. I now have big and small events for the rest of 2014 mapped out along with what I must do and when I must do it to best actualize these happenings. I have attended Sylvia's workshop and also been a guest at various events that she was speaking at.
From the workshop I got so much done and so much value that I recommended to my daughter that she enroll in the next one, which she did and loved.

Sylvia, whom I first met in the Leadership Montgomery (MD) 2011 Core Class, helped me brilliantly recently to formulate an entrepreneurial idea that I had been contemplating. I will only get one chance to present the idea to the key decision-maker, so I wanted to get it right. Sylvia drilled right past all the sidebars and details, helping me articulate the heart of the appeal. They she helped me build the technical details all around that heart.
