I thought I'd become a lawyer but ended up delivering pizzas more than 16 years ago. And since then I've worked in a gamut of industries ranging from travel & logistics, customer service, education, learning & development, IT and marketing.
While marketing and business communication is my core competency, studying the psychology of peak performance and achievement are my deep passions.
